This scholarship is named for Louie Brigandi, former member, officer, and staff member of the
Archbishop Ryan High School Marching Raider Band.

The Louie Brigandi “Spirit of Music” Scholarship is for incoming freshman band members who have exhibited a positive attitude and the desire to achieve great things, for these qualities are necessary for a successful marching band program. All paperwork can be turned in to Mr. C or Mr. Agger at any rehearsal.

Applicants will complete an application form and submit a brief essay. Finally, all candidates will be interviewed during band camp by the Marching Band Alumni Association Scholarship Committee. The application and requirements will be released at a later date. Please stay tuned.

One scholarship for incoming freshman will be awarded. The scholarship will completely cover the activities fees associated with being a member of the Archbishop Ryan Marching Raider Band.
