The applications for the Bud Johnston “Hall of Fame” Scholarship, the Louie Brigandi “Spirit of Music” Scholarship, and the Mary G. Kidd Memorial Scholarship are all now online! Just click on the Documents link in the menu above, or the Scholarships link. Applications from 2007-2008 are not valid, since there have been some revisions to the forms.

Marching Band Alumni Association General Meetings Meetings are held on the 2nd TUESDAY of each month, and all alumni of the band are invited to attend. Meetings are held in the band room, or the first classroom on the left once you pass the band room (Room 215). Signs are posted if you don’t know where the band room is. Just enter the building in the back on the girls’ (North) side, and come up to the 2nd floor. Our next few meetings are:

Do you like baseball? Do your kids like baseball? Are you friends with fans of the game? The Alumni Association has a fantastic new fundraiser on tap for all of you! Come and spend an evening with the Alumni Association and the Trenton Thunder, the 2007 Eastern League Champions! The Thunder is the AA affiliate of the New York Yankees and has hosted rehab stints for such stars as Bernie Williams, Derek Jeter, Roger Clemens and Jorge Posada!

The Reilly Raiders Drum and Bugle Corps Scholarship This scholarship is named for and is fully sponsored by the Reilly Raiders Drum & Bugle Corps. There will be three scholarships, one for each section of the band: winds, color guard, and percussion. Drum majors are eligible and will fall under the section of the band that they originally came from.

We Offer Scholarships! One way that the Archbishop Ryan Marching Band Alumni Association provides support to the current marching band program is through scholarships.
